  10. Line 1 = "Threshold" number of minutes which MUST elapse between succesive
  11.          calls by a single caller for CK4PEST to ignore this caller.
  12. Line 2 = Path+Filename to append logging.  May be either:
  13.          1) NONE         -- disables logging;
  14.          2) DEFAULT      -- writes to CK4PEST.LOG in the CK4PEST sub;
  15.          3) Any fully-qualified path+filename such as D:\SF\WORK\CALLERS.LOG
  16.             or whatever.
  17. Line 3 = Fully qualified path to your CK4PEST subdirectory.  NOTE:  The
  18.          trailing backslash MUST be included.
  19. Line 4 = Fully qualified path to your Spitfire area.  NOTE:  The trailing
  20.          backslash MUST be included.
  21. Line 5 = Lowest security level of VALIDATED callers or NONE to disable
  22.          checking for non-validated callers.
  23. Line 6 = Up to SIX security levels which are EXEMPT from actions taken
  24.          by CK4PEST.   There must be SIX fields - enter the security
  25.          levels to exempt and if there aren't six, enter NONE in each
  26.          area and each field must use the COMMA as a delimiter.
  27. Line 7 = First line of text sent to the 'snagged' caller.
  28. Line 8 = (Option)  Second line of text sent to the 'snagged' caller or
  29.          NONE to disable this second line.
