Line 1 = "Threshold" number of minutes which MUST elapse between succesive
calls by a single caller for CK4PEST to ignore this caller.
Line 2 = Path+Filename to append logging. May be either:
1) NONE -- disables logging;
2) DEFAULT -- writes to CK4PEST.LOG in the CK4PEST sub;
3) Any fully-qualified path+filename such as D:\SF\WORK\CALLERS.LOG
or whatever.
Line 3 = Fully qualified path to your CK4PEST subdirectory. NOTE: The
trailing backslash MUST be included.
Line 4 = Fully qualified path to your Spitfire area. NOTE: The trailing
backslash MUST be included.
Line 5 = Lowest security level of VALIDATED callers or NONE to disable
checking for non-validated callers.
Line 6 = Up to SIX security levels which are EXEMPT from actions taken
by CK4PEST. There must be SIX fields - enter the security
levels to exempt and if there aren't six, enter NONE in each
area and each field must use the COMMA as a delimiter.
Line 7 = First line of text sent to the 'snagged' caller.
Line 8 = (Option) Second line of text sent to the 'snagged' caller or
NONE to disable this second line.
